Reservations

We recommend making reservations in advance to secure your preferred time and service. All appointments require a deposit or credit card information for confirmation.

Promptness

For new guests, please complete any required forms via text or email, which will be sent to you upon booking. Late arrivals or incomplete forms may result in reduced service time, as we must adhere to scheduled times to ensure our next guest is not delayed.

 Attire

We provide spa wraps, disposable undergarments, and robes as needed for your comfort. You may wear your bathing suit during body treatments if preferred. Our therapists will ensure your modesty is maintained at all times.

Change  Appointment?

All appointments are reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the following charges:

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the services booked.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the services booked.

Charges will be applied to the credit card used to secure your appointment, any outstanding gift certificates, or onto your account. All balances must be cleared before re-booking.

Cell Phones

To create a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that all cell phones be turned off or set to silent mode during your visit.

 Children

For the safety and relaxation of all our guests, we do not advise accompanying children with you.

Gift Certificate Policy

A spa gift certificate is the perfect way to treat someone special! It can be used for services, products, and treatments. Gift certificates make excellent gifts for birthdays, holidays, or to show appreciation.
