The spa policy below is simply designed to make your time at the spa an enjoyable and comfortable experience.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Out of respect for other clients and for your maximum pleasure, please note the following:
- No children are allowed in the spa treatment area (unless receiving a treatment and are being attended to by an esthetician).
- Please turn off cell phones and pagers (or alternatively place in vibration alert).
- No food permitted in Studio & Spa.
- Dress appropriately for your service (please consult with your esthetician).
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY
Your appointment will end as scheduled, so the next client is not delayed. No exceptions please.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The service you select is reserved especially for you. Therefore, 50 % of the service price will be charged for under 24-hour notice of cancellation. There is no refund once service is provided.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
With the original receipt, retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for in-store credit only. Credit note can be used for spa services or purchase of other retail products.
